Ann M. Butera, CRP is the Founder and President of The Whole Person Project, Inc.., an organizational development consulting firm that specializes in assisting companies to introduce, handle, and manage change.
She has over 25 years of experience in internal audit and operational risk management as a progressive yet practical thought leader, organizational change catalyst and coach, instructional designer, motivational speaker, and author.
- Served as an Audit Committee Member for six years
- Experienced Instructional Designer who’s able to produce measurable results for her clients
- Received her Masters of Business Administration in Organizational Development from Adelphi University, and is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of L.I. University/C.W. Post College
Is the author of dozens of articles read worldwide and of Mastering the Five Tiers of Audit Competency: The Essence of Effective Auditing. She is currently working on her second book.
