Ann M. Butera, CRP is the Founder and President of The Whole Person Project, Inc.., an organizational development consulting firm that specializes in assisting companies to introduce, handle, and manage change.
She has over 25 years of experience in internal audit and operational risk management as a progressive yet practical thought leader, organizational change catalyst and coach, instructional designer, motivational speaker, and author.
Is the author of dozens of articles read worldwide and of Mastering the Five Tiers of Audit Competency: The Essence of Effective Auditing. She is currently working on her second book.
Lisa Sonpar, CISA – Trainer For over 25 years, Lisa has been involved in technology auditing, consulting, and audit training. Lisa has worked with as a trainer and consultant since 1999. Her responsibilities include planning and delivering customized writing and methodology workshops to auditors, technical personnel, and other business professionals. These workshops have been given to major corporations across the following industries: financial services, pharmaceutical/medical, technology, and utilities. Lisa worked at Chase Manhattan Bank (now, JP MorganChase) as an IT Audit Officer, where she performed pre-implementation reviews, production application systems audits, and conversion integration reviews.
She also developed and taught several workshops to Chase auditors as well as participants in the Federal Reserve training program. Lisa began her career as a systems analyst/consultant with Andersen Consulting (now, Accenture). Her responsibilities included programming, system design, and project management for Andersen’s corporate and government clients. She also conducted internal training workshops. Lisa is a member of the NJ ISACA Chapter. She received her BA in Computer Mathematics (Valedictorian) from Marist College and her MS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
